Warranty Battery Reimbursement

Does anybody know or have the document # explaining warranty reimbursement for bumper to bumper batteries?
We are not getting our correct warranty markup for the battery and I cannot find anything in P&P or the service manuals to explain what the part markup should be.

Also go to EPIC under periodicals. Find battery pricing and print out the latest chart. That is dealer cost. Don't use the cost that your battery distributor has for cost. That is usually discounted. Markup for warranty is same as other parts. 40% here.

That is what we thought but they are not paying our cost +81% warranty markup on the last couple and we can't figure out why...
