So I'm still fairly new to GM. We are the opposite of a wholesale playing dealer. However, our body shop orders their fair share. Lately I'm getting beat down by him and insurance companies on pricing. I have no idea how to apply for reimbursement. I know the owner asks about " his " FUNDS every end of the year in BumpertoBumper. Is there a GM website to walk me through this ? Toyota had a " PartsBridge " program.

I ask here because my DSPM is more like a AWOLDSPM.

You should have a link on GMGlobalConnect that says "Dealer iMR and Group LMA Advertising". This page shows you Funds on the home page. Go to the "CCA" tab and "Conquest Programs" and this is where you find the info on how to file claims. Hope that helps.

Also search the Center of Learning site for "Bump the Competition" training programs.
