Receipts

Looking for some help with ADP/CDK. I am trying to find my receipts for a given day. I am trying to trace down a stock order receipt that has some issues. When I was on R&R that was easy, just used 2064. I can't seem to find away to do that on CDK. Any ideas.

Thanks in advance for your help,

John

This might work for you. Go into !PDA (must have the ! sign, this won't run in the regular window). Then hit G for Generate Custom Reports. Then set up something like this:

You'll have to play around with the setups. I had to hit F1 for help a lot. The example above goes by a specific posting date for a specific vendor.

Hey, I didn't say it was easy. This is CDK, after all. :(
Hope it helps.

I was able to duplicate the set-up. however, it looks like there must be somewhere to input the date and the vendor number. I am not seeing where to do that. I am not getting anything when I try to see the report. Otherwise, it feels a lot like an R&R 6910.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Yeah, inputting the date is odd. You highlight Selection and hit F2, then input your changes.

I had never used this before but looks like it might come in handy. Don't know why it's here instead of report generator. :?

Thank you ehiatt. I was not able to get exactly what I was looking for. However, I was able to come up with what looked like a list of everything that was receipted on the day that order was receipted. Cross-referenced with the manufacturers orders, and punching up a few numbers in PDA, I think I found what I was looking for. Thanks again for your help.
