SPAC is experiencing higher than usual call volume and wait could be over 20 minutes. I think GM is having higher than usual problems.

Yes, but your call is very important please stay on the line and we will be with you shortly. Got to love that. I agree with you, there are more issues than ever. Hopefully they will get a handle on the situation soon, they have to finish fixing the shipping label issue first.

I really think they are doing the best that they can do with what they have to work with.

As with everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

This applies to trucking companies as well.

I think something REALLY BIG is going on at GMCCA. There are entirely too many issues all at once, besides the stupid picktag/label thing. The slowdown of freight, tremendous backorders; not just goofy new model/trim/usual b/o stuff but MAINTENANCE parts like air/fuel filters, SPAC cutbacks, SPRINT breakdown, Warranty crackdowns, PACE rollout, seemingly apathetic DFOAB, seriously ANGRY Service and Parts Managers, etc.

Something's brewing, like they changed some Bigwigs and they're cleaning house on management or getting ready to dramatically re-write the P&P manual. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of crap coming down that pipe on us this year.

I think you are correct. I can't imagine what kind of mess it will be when PACE goes live.

Was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday and then click...hung up on. Had to call back and wait another 30 minutes, only to talk to somebody who read me the same info that was in my SPAc case notes. The process is broken.

And no one (at SPAC or GM as a whole) gives a crap about us or our customers. It just doesn't seem to sink in that our customers are their customers and when we cannot give decent service it not only reflects on us but on GM as well.
