GM epc licensing error

Anyone else out there having issues with the local GM parts catalog crashing with licensing errors?

Had that a couple weeks ago, only to find we were overlooked regarding the last updates. Updated with new a thumb drive, then voila!

Ours was a network issue inside the dealership causing the catalog to lockup and kick out when it does a license check.
Plus there are some computer services I have to go in and restart because the catalog doesn’t always close them when it is closed.
Spent two hours on the phone with snapon Friday.
