GM epc licensing error

Posted: Fri Feb 16, 2018 4:03 pmHad that a couple weeks ago, only to find we were overlooked regarding the last updates. Updated with new a thumb drive, then voila!

Posted: Tue Feb 20, 2018 5:12 pmOurs was a network issue inside the dealership causing the catalog to lockup and kick out when it does a license check.
Plus there are some computer services I have to go in and restart because the catalog doesn’t always close them when it is closed.
Spent two hours on the phone with snapon Friday.
