I wonder what wholesale distributor cost actually is?
Also I wonder why GM doesn't use some sort of "crawler" to adjust dealer cost when GM is over priced compared to NAPA, OReilly, Auto Zone, etc. etc. Regardless of the value proposition our customers - ALWAYS - value price first last and ALWAYS. I am guessing not many of you lost a sale because that price was just so low that the quality of the part must be suspect...
" Various programs exist to support Dealers who actively pursue wholesale sales" I think the original post was about Amazon and RETAIL sales, leave it to these morons to try to comfort us with the "various programs" These assholes only care about the signed wholesale dealers and themselves the rest of us can die on the vine as far as they are concerned. Next time someone tells me about how much cheaper it is on Amazon I will punt them and tell them to have amazon install the damn thing.

The warranty question has been how I’ve been getting customers to buy from me. But if this is true, what an ugly thing for GM to do.
The Amazon program was set up by two Managers at GM. I have not been able to find their e-mail addresses. A couple of Irishmen by the names of Ben Dover and Phil McKrevace. GM Service at its finest !!!!
