How do I create a Rim return using the Reynolds Era DMS. New to this and would appreciate the help

Go into Global, RIM on the Main Page, choose Obsolescence protection query under Obsolescence Protection, then from the drop down box choose created. Then just approve it and go.. Reynolds will pick it up that night I believe and when it goes back just clear the return answering yes to RIM return.. Seems a lot harder but is pretty simple.. Let me know if you need help..
