GlobalConnect Login

I have to put my User name and password in 3 or 4 times before it works. This has been going on steadily for 3 or 4 weeks now. Are any of you having the same problem ?

It only does that if I try to log on using Chrome. Using Internet Explorer, it usually goes the first time.

YES!!!! Same thing here. I called Global and they didn't know anything about that. I was to talk to my IT guy.......... naturally it's our fault. It has been happening for the last few weeks and takes up to 6 tries sometimes to log in. You type in your login and password and either hit enter or click on the login button and the boxes go blank and you have to start over again. Frustrating

I had that problem a couple weeks ago, in IE as well as Chrome. It lasted about 4 days, but all seems fine now.
