It took a crap right before my order cutoff time. Finally got the order to go through (late).
Now I can't get my answerbacks.

Can I go home now? :?

Received an email from our local PDS that the "IMS" is down.

Not sure what that means, but likely has something to do with this post.

Funny how these things don't happen when the survey is being done. 8-) I think GM does this on purpose to make sure parts managers don't get too happy with their level of service. With nothing else to complain about we have to have something go wrong.

I got an email yesterday that was a link to a survey about the Service Parts Assistance Center. You know, the one that has the "20 minute wait time." I thought, yep! Clicked the link.........."We value your feedback and want to make sure you are heard! Please wait 30 minutes before attempting to take this survey again"...... YOU SERIOUSLY CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP

Nobody needs a survey ! All they need to do is READ the DFOAB and this site and they might figure out what they need to do.
