Anyone else having trouble with EPIC? I couldn't get on yesterday and it isn't looking too promising for today either.

No probs here, printed invoices @ 6:30 am. Still up and running now.

I can get in if I go through the Application link, but if I try it by the shortcut it says I timed out. Just another glitch. So much fun everyday.

We're in, for now. I agree, yesterday was sketchy.

Thank you...this ended up working for me. I end up with the same "time out" error that you get if I try the shortcut as well.

"13008: Connection to the EPIC is down. Please select Back button to Save the Order on the Edit Parts Order page."
Trying to place an order and cannot. Every week some part of Global is down. Hope it comes back up before the order cut off.

I called Charlotte and they didn't seem to know Global was having issues. Told me not to reorder so I wouldn't duplicate the order. I cannot wait to tell my customers we didn't get an order because GM was down and I was told not to reorder so I wouldn't duplicate the order.

I tried to call Martinsburg and no one answered.
Words cannot adequately express how much I despise GM and the car business these days.

Just do your job perfect and don't worry about GM....
