2 days straight they shut down due to weather. Looks like they have a few inches of snow.
Gonna be another long rest of the week explaining why we didn't get parts for at least 2 days. Add it to the list of explaining back orders, SPACs, new paint tube #'s, PASE, etc, etc......

Seriously.
It will take them 6 months (at least) to get back up to speed.

No reflection on the folks at Martinsburg but I sure wish we were back with Charlotte a little over an hour to the south rather than a PDC 5 hours to the north.

Message this morning from Martinsburg:

"PDC 51 processed all CSO lines and oldest DRO lines yesterday. We will continue to process oldest dates first with priority for CSOs. We plan to work this weekend to be caught up with all orders by Monday."

I must say I'm surprised and impressed that they are working this weekend to get caught up. Kudos to them. Seriously.

I got my regular CSO's Saturday Morning. Monday morning all my DRO's were here waiting. Not only did they get the parts pulled and to the crossdock, the crossdock got them to us.

Absolutely. No complaints here. They got it done.
