Is anybody else having an issue with GM core returns only getting partially credited? I'm not referring to when they ding us $25 or whatever because something is wrong with the core, which is also annoying. I'm referring to when we return 4 cores on one application and only get credit for 2. I have several core applications right now that have only been partially credited. They're all heavy cores so not cheap. Sent all the documentation to Hollingsworth and they tell me to just keep waiting, they'll eventually get credited. "How long should I keep waiting?" "Until you get credit"

When I only get partial I call Hollingsworth and they look it up usually have me fax my invoice and PC302 then I get credit the next few business days.

I have two heavy cores I’m waiting on. One that was returned in January and one in February . Neither one shows as being receipted at the crossdock . THATS WHERE THEY GET LOST!! I have sent the docs in and when I call they tell me to wait also. Last guy at FocusHope told me that I’m waiting for someone from GM to sign off. I asked who that person is but naturally no one knows. The first one is approaching two months and I have been told some people have been waiting since October for credit. Its not that I’m receiving partial credit…. Its I’m not seeing any credit.

I have to email them the scanned documents and call them at least 2 times a week.
They are good on helping you if you can get them on the phone. Otherwise it is very slow.
Missing credit for 11 different cores at the moment...

Yes, going through my core credits and short one core on all three of my core credit invoices from last week.

No one is answering the phone at Hollingsworth either.
