Got a 2018 tk25743 Sierra needing a 84288774 snow plow harness. VIN JF195973 with option VYU. GM says this 2018 Harness is discontinued. How do you tell a customer that bought this new truck 2 weeks ago this ???? Harness was supposed to be in the truck, but it is not. Got any ideas ? Partech working on it , but they do not sound promising to me.

Description: PART NUMBER 84288774. HAS BEEN REINSTATED. AND IS A VALID PART NUMBER. PLEASE REFER TO PARTS WORKBENCH FOR LATEST PART ORDERING INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY.

But when you click on locate in Global it says "SEEPCN". When you click on that you get "INVALID PART NBR".
So, then if you go to EPIC and check availability there you see the same thing but when you click "SEEPCN", you get the message "CHARGE TO CCA ENG ACCT".

WTF??

Use 84043394. That is the jumper harness they call for in the upfitter 124 bulletin on the GM Upfitter site, and in SI PIT5387E (Document ID: 4902510). 2014-2018.

We've done a bunch in the past 3 years.
