Just an FYI that the part number reflected in the parts catalog is not what the vehicle came with.

2009 escalade wheel. 5.803 parts catalog show an 18X8 wheel. (when is the last time you saw an escalade with an 18"?) certification label show a 22", which is what the vehicle has on it.

Upon a VISS, vehicle shows option PDX, which includes a 22" wheel.

However no one can give me a part number for the wheel. Not even with the cast number.

what fun!

We've been through this before on a 2008 Escalade. I'll bet it turns out to be a 9595854, which is not even shown with the VIN # in the EPC. Check out a picture of that one!

I plays stump SPAC desk today, ordered a trans hose on the 19th of March checked on it 2 days later had never been sent out . Call them and they said oops that was our error will send it out (shop they call it) 2 days later still nothing called again said they did not know why it would not shop, they would fix and call me. Still waiting for that call. Today I called them again they still do not know why it will not shop. I have picked one up from another dealer and got my customer going now its just fun waiting for them to get me one for stock.

IS IT HOSE 22912855?? I have the same thing on the 4 I have ordered. Won't shop and when I call they say they will escalate and they don't know why it didn't shop. The last agent said she will get in touch the person handling my case. I told her there was no one handling my case and not to bother. All they need is one person to type in all the canned responses.

22912855 I had the same number last week that wouldn't search!!!

That is the one, just checked my spac case 5 minutes ago now says will ship on 4-13-18 ( believe it when I see it.)

I just had Partech hang up on me, he asked if I had the VIN when I said no and before I could explain the issue (no vin needed) he said " call back when you do" and hung up. PRICK

22912855 Interestingly, I sold 2 on OEC D2D last week, in the same day. I guess it was shopping properly back then.

As for the Partech agent who hung up on X476: Agreed!
