see GCUS-9-5775

I love the line "track your performance" when none of the "performance" metrics are available except parts!

This is the schedule they gave us:

Below is the following timing on the data updates you have below:

The policy tool info for March hasn’t been updated yet – that updates around mid-month and after month close (should have an updated file beginning of week for March).

Service Tool is showing compliant for Feb and March – that is a weekly update file

CSI updates monthly once the month closes

Menu and MPVI penetration updates about mid-month (DID NOT) and after month closes

1st Service and Retention data updates 3 weeks after month end

And it typical GM fashion we are having our regional parts and service meeting on the 18th of this month! Not last month or the month before where we could have all asked questions about the new program and had everything ready to go. 3 weeks after the program has been live! You can't make this stuff up. :?

And I noticed we've lost our 1% DRO discount too. I guess I missed that in the "program guidelines"

I just looked at it and there are no discounts only return reserve:

*1% return reserve for RIM DRO
*1% return reserve for CSO
*0% return reserve for non-RIM DRO

so all the non-RIM DRO orders I do for stock parts for recalls etc should now be ordered CSO to get the return reserve?

WTF

We order all the non-RIM parts as CSO anyway, most of them need to be upgraded anyway.

On the dealer daily report they still show the dealer sales loyalty objective is 80 percent, not 85 percent. Why?

I am waiting to see if they drop the daily report since the PASE report is on Global. Even though the daily report doesn't get updated at times I still like to look at that report. I hope they keep it.
