Hello there. First time poster. Been lurking around on this site for a few months now. Was promoted to parts manager of a Chevy and Cadillac dealer in the Midwest last October. My question is this, how often do you guys use conquest funds when selling parts to your collision center? it appears to me that most times the aftermarket prices on the estimate are not low enough to have the conquest funds kick in. Is that the same for you guys as well? Or am I missing something here. Thank you in advance

I do a BUMP anytime I can match the price on the estimate. If the insurance company finds one a little less than what you can bump it for sometimes my customer will even pay the difference to have a new GM part. Whatever we can do to get the sale without going bankrupt we try to do it. :P
