Can anyone tell me where to find the process to get parts excluded from the non-recognized list for sales loyalty? I've been searching for it but cannot find it. Thanks in advance.

First, good luck. Just dealt with this. Purchase loyalty submissions are no big deal. Sales loyalty is something else again. A real pain. Very few parts are eligible for exclusion.

They are handled through your DM. You have to get the submission form from your DM. Then your DM has to submit them to the SameDayAdjuster.
There is also GMCCA “DEALER SALES LOYALTY” REFERENCE GUIDE. I can't remember where I found it but I have copies of both the form and guide. I would be happy to email them to you if you like.

I also remember it has to be over $100.00 to be considered .
