GM PASE & OSS Integration

Ugh. To meet OSS integration requirement for PASE and ESE we decided to go with Xtime. Signed up 3/29. Have been working through set-ups, adding xtime as vendor in Gm Online forms spot. Xtime and Reynolds now sharing data/pushing appts, etc. Xtime will be live on our website in the next couple of days. PASE says we are not complaint yet. GM guy says I still need to integrate and to call Reynolds. Called Reynolds and they said I'm already intregrated (xtime is now my Online Service Scheduler and its integrated with Reynolds). I'm so frustrated. Is anyone else set up like we are (Reynolds and Xtime) and meeting the conformance piece?

Here is the response we’ve received from Xtime yesterday:

“Our integration with GM is still in pilot. Once pilot is successful (we hope approx. one week), we will be certified and our team will start reaching out to the dealers who have enrolled and selected Xtime to get them activated. GM says as long as the dealers have enrolled by end of April and work with us once we are certified to get integrated, they are ok for conformance. We are also working on an email to the 100+ dealers who have enrolled and chosen us to let them know of this.”

We are on R&R also.
