If you are utilizing GM's Accessory Cataloging for your sales department, in the last update the brought back the commission plan setups and commission reporting.
I found out by chance that when the sales people print a commission sheet or installation sheet it is displaying parts cost on their screen, this can create several issues
when sales people know what cost is and that information is right there for the customer to see. I've alerted the ADS team @ gm and completely locked all personnel,
except parts out of the program. That was last Wednesday and I was "assured" that they're working hard to fix it. Just wanted to let others know before it creates more
problems. Gotta love that great GM feeling on a Monday morning!!
