"MAX QTY EXCEEDED, BALANCE CANCELLED" on a RIM order

It never ends with GM.

Part # 12610560 is RIM controlled for 4 and it wants to up it to 5.
Today's answerback on RIM order R114 for a quantity of 2? "MAX QTY EXCEEDED, BALANCE CANCELLED". :roll:

I have got to start buying lottery tickets. :?

DID THAT TO US ON A CSO ORDER FOR HEAD BOLTS!!

WE TRIED TO ORDER 34," MAX ORDED IS 25" IT KILLED THE REST

Yeah, any part # maxes out at 25 per order line. I think it's a safeguard so you don't goof and get 34 door handles or some such.
But it's a pain when you truly need more than 25. Then you have to order them on multiple lines. Like in your case 24 on one line and 10 on another.
But on our CDK it combines order lines of the same part # so I have to do a manual order on DCS or Global. Fun times.
