Parts contact

Postby LOKI1 » Tue Apr 24, 2018 7:18 pm

I know this is a long shot but here goes. I have a part on order since jan 11 this year and SPAC can't help. It is undergoing engineering change. Our owner is asking me if there is anyone I can contact at GM besides my dma that has not helped me at all.
Any ideas? I know we all have this problem to one extent or another.

Ask your Dealer who the Zone Manager is. Call them and find out who is the supervisor of your DMA is and call them.

Then you will get some action, and your DMA will get his a$$ chewed for letting someone go over his head.
