2017 Impala Evaps

We have ordered 5 Evap cores for 2017 Impalas. The tubes on the first one were bent and the tech did not want to use it. The second one came in the same way and he had to bend the tubes up and away from the core about two inches. This didn’t make the tech feel warm and fuzzy considering what he had to do to get it out. We have ordered three more for different jobs and they are all bent the same way and this last one actually made a dent in the fins of the core. Has anyone seen this with their parts? The part number is 84161032 and of course they are HARD TO GET.
BTW the boxes are un damaged so they were put in the box that way………….
