I can't lie, I was against it completely from day one, but since 1/1 I have generated over $35g in sales via it.. Returns are around 10%, not too happy about that but it is what it is. My only issue are the customers who order parts and choose to pick them up at the dealership because they don't want to spend any $$ on shipping and are over an hour away then complain that they wanted to pick it up at their local dealer. Those are all returns. That happens a lot because there are only like 3 dealers in my area within a 100 miles who are signed up. It can be a decent money maker, to me that is free money. I don't touch any parts unless it is a return, and all I have to do is track the sales by creating an invoice. My office captures the $$ from the credit card company and we are done. Contrary to my beliefs it works pretty well.. Hope that helps...
