It strikes againnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

"Unable to transmit this order to for processing at this time."

what a joke this company is. Cant order parts...... Cant get a complete order everyday. Just last week we were short 30 items and not one person cares at our PDC. Anyone have a high up contact? This has been happening for years now and is getting olddddddddd.

I have to say our local PDC cares, they just are in the same boat we are. They cannot get those up the chain of command to understand Our customers are Their customers. When we give s**ty service because GM screwed up, GM looks as bad as we do.

If you knew what they put us through its horrible. One of my local dealers was missing 30 items in one day. We are missing about 15 items a week. I have emailed all at the PDC for years now. Legit years and not one person cares. Maybe someone will see this and make some changes.

Billion dollar corp with a $150.00 IT dept. HIRE SOME TEN YEAR OLDS TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. We will just have to wait for our answerbacks tomorrow(according to SPAC). I cant wait for Monday so I can WOW another GM customer with our sophisticated state of the art service...........

Have a good weekend everyone!!!

I doubt it RY.. I came in Tuesday morning expecting approximately 300 lines of freight between RIM CPVP and CSO I received a bit over 100.. I called my PDC and was told they held some DRO orders because they wouldn't be able to get the "unusually high" volume of CSO orders out the door on time. So.. I expected approximately 200 lines the next day, that was not sent on Tuesday. I received NONE of what I was waiting for. I call in to find out the driver left 2 cages on the truck (How do you miss 2 cages?). I am assured they will be delivered on Thursday. Guess what showed up today? My 2 missing cages. There was only one person who cared about it, a GM worker who has been calling and emailing DLI since Tuesday wanting to know why this has happened.. After all that, today I get an email from my DM begging me for a large order because she is not going to hit her objective! My answer? I waited 4 days to complete $35g in orders, you can wait a month for a large order from me!

What burns me is that it always goes down right before 3 pm, just in time for me to miss our cutoff time.
Why can't it go out at 10 am. Or here's a thought: not at all.
