Essential Service Elements (ESE) Credit

It looks like the ESE (unlike PASE) is a totally service department generated credit / program. However, service doesn't seem to have an easily defined account to post such a credit.
Suggestions?

My accounting office told me they haven't mentioned anything yet and the credit is already in the office. Fingers crossed. I apologize for not knowing the answer to your questions as our accountant is on vacation at the moment...
