Yesterday I was invoiced from GM for "additional loyalty" ??

Can anyone shed light on this charge ??

I have sent an email and awaiting a response.

This has to be a world record... I rec'd an official, personal email reply in less than three minutes !! Must be a contract worker or vendor ??

it is the 2% dealer contribution towards program usage.

The Parts Invoice dated 5/30/18 references the 2% the Dealer funded amount of the GM My Rewards Program from 4/3 – 4/25.
Enrolled Dealers contribute 2% when members who are enrolled come into your dealership for Customer Pay Service / Parts towards the member’s account.
The first part of April was billed on 4/27.

In early June, GM will be providing each participating dealer a Monthly Report identifying transactions (Dealer’s 2% contribution, GM’s contribution, and member’s redemption).

There will be a Global Connect Message being sent out with additional details.

If you want to provide your BAC, I can work to identify the members where your dealership contributed to their account.

My guess is that our two percent is for "program administration" and is not refundable.
