Would any parts-service managers like to share what kind of employee benefits you get at your work. I am trying to see what other dealerships give their employees for benefits. Examples....labor per hr. How much off of your retail customers price....parts pricing how much over cost.

Oil changes
Tire mounting
Alignments
Over cost when purchasing vehicles
Etc.....

We are at $130 also. The $25 is a great deal. Been that way for years, hope it hangs on. Basically, just covering the tech. time.

Labor is 90 an hour for employee and family.
All parts cost plus 10% and tires I usually add 5$ to dealer cost

Cost + 10 on parts, labor is 50% of door rate. New vehicles are Invoice minus 50% of hold back, except GM which is gms pricing. No real deals on used until they've been here for over a month.
