DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPEND TO THE SERVICE PENETRATION REPORT??? MINE WAS NOT UPDATED SINCE APRIL. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

If it is the one in Compass, we had to refresh the month twice before it updated, for some reason.
