Is anyone else experiencing Global Connect being down?

3:00 PM Eastern and we are unable to reach GC. All computers in all departments unable to connect.

All applications other than GC work fine - even access to RIM is okay.

GC helpdesk says it is us - not them.

I found out it is a Comcast issue.

Too bad GM doesn't have a back-up plan.

How many rentals will this take to fix for the weekend.
