Have a problem with an overnight order coming out of Canada ordered Monday. I know it has to go thru customs, but as of Tuesday the part was in NY. Today it has made it to Memphis and is scheduled for delivery Monday. I called SPAC to complain and the service rep. could only mouth the canned responses. "Shipments from Canada have to go thru customs."... It arrived in NY on Tuesday.... "Shipments from Canada don't follow the usual travel route."... You meant it will not go from Memphis to Greensboro to Wilmington to us?...I can only tell you FEDEX is scheduled to deliver Monday....I knew that before I called.

I get to track down two, i repeat TWO rear liftgates for 19 equinox.

had two show up with liftgates bashed in.

none out there in warehouses.

We had a '19 show up last week with a damaged liftgate. Weird....

Fortunately ours wasn't that rare...had it next day and there is still plenty of stock out there.
