DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO OBTAIN THE LIST OR REPORT OF PARTS IN INVENTORY WITHOUT BIN LOCATION? ON CDK DRIVE

I believe that RNB will get you there .

USE RNB --- REPORT NO BIN

Click on the pie - click "Inventory" under Parts

2nd line from bottom is "No Bin"

The other method is fine too but it seems that you may not know about that Inventory screen - and it is awesome!!

Should be a report in RPG(REPORT GEN) You can see them without printing.

If you go to function PM and Batch Change, you can go to BIN1 and enter closed quotes "" and F3 to search for parts with no BIN.
You can then hit F2 to review/tag the parts and move them all to a Special Order Bin or whatever you would like.
Just enter the new BIN in BIN1 and hit F3. You will be prompted to Update the Selected Parts or Exit without updating.

If you want a list of parts with an on hand quantity and no bin location, you can create this report in RPG.
