Why is it every other part is coded CSO only. Brake pads.. rotors... ac lines... This is insane. Constantly manually ordering parts CSO for stock. We sell tons of these things

Maybe GM started using RIM to stock the warehouses and parts plants and this is the result.

So they can penalize you later for all the CSO orders of course

I'm having fun getting RIM to pick up oil filters.

Then my sales loyalty report showed a purchase of a case of ten filters that we never purchased. Last time we bought them was almost two years ago.

I'm having a blast.
