These are all canned responses that they type in. You dont think they are checking all these SPAC cases? Just checking my SPAC case will tie up a couple agents for the day. Its really getting bad with the amount of back orders, SPAC cases, and all those parts coming out of MI on a slowwwww boat. Everything takes a week or better. How many of you have heard the " they have 48 to 72 hrs to ship"............ or the " we will let you know in 48 hrs what is happening with your order" I keep asking the SPAC agent to give me their keys for 72 hrs while they check on it. No big deal RIGHT
