Can anyone see their August Pase Payout? I emailed our REP the last week of August because there was no dollar figure like there has been in the past and she couldn't give me a reason as to why. AND there still is no figure reported.... if anyone has a good answer I'd appreciate the input as our REP as of Sept 1 is no more

I still see mine for August...you can click the drop down box at the top left area of the PASE dashboard and change months. Silly question, did you fall out of PASE terms during the month?

Did you go to the upper rh and select August?

Yes I did go to drop down menu and select August. And we did qualify.. I guess I will reach out to our Rep who is no more and see if she can give me the reason why it's not showing.

NOPE.... just drilled down and missed SALES LOYALTY BY a 10th of a percent SMH...... I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. Reached out to the REP about a week ago and she said that things hadn't been updated.... (?) We changed from CDK TO AUTOMATE on August 14th AND we could not communicate with GM thru Automate for about 5 days... I can't help but wonder if there were some days of sales not being reported. Something HAD to have been lost between the switch. We have never not met our objectives.

A tenth of a percent ?? There is likely a dis-loyal sale or two you can contest, but today is the last day to submit the request, I think ??

Have you reviewed the offending parts sales in the spreadsheet from global connect ??

Normally hitting the Pase numbers is like trying to hit a moving target while blindfolded because they never update anything until after the end of the month...but changing to a different system at the same time it's a wonder you got close.
