On the adw1 website, on the right hand side you will see a link for "Transit Wheel Return". Click on that and fill out the information. After your wheels get picked up, it's usually about a one or two week wait for the credit.

adw1 website? Are you talking about the ADI website? What you are describing sounds like the $1500 core credit.
I am looking on how to get reimbursed for "handling" the return back to the ADI (I think it's like $25).

My bad. I guess I wasn't aware of a $25 credit for handling.

I was not aware of a handling credit for in transit wheels. If you get an answer on how to do this, please post it here.

Humor us, ask your DMA. We can always dream right. Actually I am going to call my ADI to see if they are aware of the procedure. I will update my post if I get an answer.

WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT SO FAR:
Is the parts department compensated for the additional activities? (a photocopy from when the process 1st started-I don't have the complete copy)
The installing dealer will be paid a total of 1.2 on full-size pickups & 1.5 hours SUV's. This is an additional .3 of an hour for "12MY. GM recommends the additional dollars be transferred to the parts department as reimbursement for the additional work needed to return these 22" transit wheel assemblies. Reimbursement will be automatically processed when the dealer applies for labor on the install through the Z-ops process.
Now, my problem. In my 2 examples where we did the SUV's, we were only paid 1.0 (not 1.5 as stated about), but according to my warranty clerk, the 1.0 includes the parts .3 time. It is up to the warranty clerk to see that the parts dept gets the .3 out of the 1.0 paid.
This doesn't sound correct to me, so I again ask, does anyone here know the correct process. Thanks!

My ADI was not aware of anything at this time.
