One Price Oil Changes & CDK

We are on CDK Drive.
Is there a way to bill various oil filters --- in combination with various types AND quantities of oil --- at the same combined price (ALL THE TIME) while keeping inventory quantities (both on-hand & accounting value) accurate?
I have never found a way to do this. Someone has to adjust something every time. Either parts is adjusting parts, service is adjusting labor or cashier is adjusting total repair order. We have been having the cashier do the adjusting but recently there has been push-back from the office on this.
Suggestions?
