Are any of you having problems ordering tires on this website? GM tiresource, no problems, but it no longer exists

I do have this problem. The dealertiresource works as always. The other suppliers that show "online ordering available" don't actually have it available. They are "working on it". I have to phone in my orders for Goodyear, Kelley, Bridgestone, and Firestone tires. What a pain......

Is GMDEALERTIRESOURCE dot com down because ATD filed chapter 11???

i know i was told you cant get Goodyear from atd anymore. i didn't know they were going bankrupt

Even so, ATD gives better customer service hands down than anybody else I've dealt with , including GM themselves.

It's not hard to beat GM's customer service.

Goodyear, Dunlop, Firestone, and Bridgestone. I look for Michelin to join the list, as they have TCI as their own distribution network. That's what happens when you get too big, the tire manufacturers saw that they could make the money they were paying ATD.
