My purchase loyalty has been stuck at 88.61% since this past weekend. Is it just me?
Seems odd it wouldn't change at least a tenth of a percent.
What is the General up to now.

If we don't know where we are, it's harder to hit the moving target.

Just got this.

Reference Number: GCUS-17-333
"The RIM Purchase Loyalty Report located in the View Dealer Daily Report link will not be updated until Tuesday, 10/30, at 12 p.m., ET. Pending adjustments will be reflected Wednesday, 10/31.​"

My question: Why?

This program is really bad in many many ways.

Now this:

"We are still working to resolve issues with the RIM Purchase Loyalty Detail Report located in the View Dealer Daily Report Link.  Until we have resolved these issues, please do not submit any RIM Purchase Loyalty adjustment requests for review. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  We will continue to provide updates on the PASE Dashboard itself and via GlobalConnect alerts."

No big deal. It's just that my pay that depends on this.
