gm spac

anybody else have a problem with the spac department? we have a tranny on backorder. I called abby at the spac dept she said she could not tell me where it is or when we will see
it. she said the case resolution department it working on it. I said put me on hold and call them to see where they are at with it she said she cant because she don't have a phone
number to call...that's absurd...when we call spac to find out where a part is that's coming they say it will take 24 to 48 to get back to us...that also is absurd...
spac department should have the ability to call anybody they want while we are on hold...when we call we need an answer now not 24 to 48 hours...am I alone on this???

I think a lot of times it's hit and miss on who you get and what they know. I got one yesterday that not only helped me but placed my order and called a dealer that showed stock on an engine I needed created a cso order put a spac case on it and completed the entire process for me. Just like they used to do. That was an exception.

Most of the time the SPAC agent doesn't care. They fail to realize our customer is their customer. When we cannot give them world class service, GM doesn't give the customer world class service. It looks bad on us but ultimately looks bad on GM.
