1ST SERVICE VISIT FOR PACE

Quick question on the Service side of PASE. Will NITRO for tires qualify the dealership as a part billed to the repair order for the retention/1st service visit. I was told by my REP it has to be a GM part billed to a RO. Any info will be very much appreciated thanks everyone.

GM VIN needs GM PARTS or your SALES LOYALTY gets dinged. Tied to your PACE numbers. Your rep is correct.

Just heard from my REP and he confirms it is ok to use Nitro. It has to be mapped correctly and it needs to have a dollar amount on it and it will count.
