Does anyone's service department insist on selling bg,wynns, etc chemicals? This is the main reason why our Pase numbers fell below threshold. Is there anything you can do? bill out in gog instead?

Are the parts billed for the services under as a GM source or ZR source? (assuming on Reynolds). We do Castle services (western NY) and our kits are billed under ZR source. When under GM source they and any aftermarket parts under that would hurt our RIM compliance and our loyalty. We switched the sources and it seemed to alleviate the issue.

I thought if its a GM VIN and an unrecognizable GM number you will get tagged for dis-loyal on your Sales Score... no matter what source you use. Keep it away from an RO if possible.

Must be selling a lot of non GM parts. Other than ZAK products anything non GM must be approved by management at our store.

We sell about 4k of BG products a month. I am still in the low to mid 90s for all the RIM metrics. Perhaps you may be selling more aftermarket pieces than GM.

They were billed out from GM source and we use autosoft. I got my report from our dma and it shows every non gm part number we billed out. Going to start billing out on gog and see if that helps our numbers. My rim compliance is at 96%.
