Parts markup to UCD?

Just curious what some of you guys are charging your UCD for internal parts? We were using 35 over cost as our markup until I convinced the higher ups that they could sustain full list price. Now theres obvious pushback from Used Cars but I have chatted with other parts managers who currently use list say it is a normal, fair price for UCD .

We give wholesale (c+25%) to our UCD.

Naturally if we pay more for the part, then of course they pay more for the part as well.

It works well for us. It also helps that the UCD helps us out a lot with vehicles as needed.

HOW MUCH DO YOU SELL INTERNALLY TO THE USED CAR DEPT?
MY AVERAGE IS AROUND $25000.
WONDERING HOW MUCH DO YOU SELL TO THE USED CAR DEPT IF YOU CHARGE LIST.
I WORKED AT A DEALER THAT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM AUTO PARTS STORES BECAUSE WE CHARGED TO MUCH.
OWNER DID NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OVER THERE.
