I am curious how everyone deals with their used tires?

Our tire disposal is mandated by state law here in California. Severe punishment for not following their protocol.

we charge customer $2.50 per tire (our cost)

We have a company pick them up. We charge a disposal fee to wash the expense. Also have a state tax in Florida that is billed for a total of $2.50 per tire.

We charge $2 a tire which is our cost.

You guys are nice! We were paying $2.50 tire for disposal, until recently. now paying .50 less! We charge customer $3 per tire for disposal on repair orders. $12 set of 4. I will eat cost if price matching. We are in pa and also have $1 per tire tax.

The company we use charges $1.75 per tire. We charge the customer $2.50. In Illinois you have to have documentation for the E.P.A.

Company that picks them up. Charge us $1.90 per tire. We charge $2 per tire disposal to customer. NY state tire tax just went up to $3 per tire.

We don't pay for removal. Our supplier subs out a company to pick our up.
