Global disConnect

Can't view answerbacks, SPAC Cases, Invoices.

Please fix this ASAP for us GM and thank you for helping me get my job done and taking care of my customers properly everyday with a 99% uptime web server :evil:

So, I'm not the only one fighting this answerback thing. This has been an ongoing thing with me.

I assume you're talking about the popup window closing when you check an answerback and it takes you back to square one?
I have tried 4 different browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome & Firefox) and they all do it.

They have to be aware of the problem. :(

I thought you might be talking about the new global connect message from this morning. I didn't really understand all of the message but I don't think it will be good...

Ohh yeah that I have grown to expect and I just yell at my computer now.

This morning I couldn't get into anything in Parts Workbench yet somehow literally within 2 minutes of my post it worked.

Nope. I have the same thing happen to me.
