On the GM Oil Dealer price list under the heading 'Equipment Funding' there is a 'Plan D' with different pricing than the other bulk oils. What is 'Plan D' ?

From Reference Number: GCUS-9-6499
Option 4 Pricing:
•Any GM Dealer will be able to set up bulk oil drops to alternate ship to accounts .
•Alternate ship-to codes are required and can be assigned to accounts including Wholesale, Fleet, and non-GM Dealer locations.
•Dealer can request alternate ship-to codes using the attached form.
•Existing alternate ship-to accounts are also eligible.
•Option 4 pricing cannot be utilized for oil consumed within the Dealerships' GM service department(s).
•As a reminder, oil purchases on Option 4 qualify for Parts And Service Excellence (PASE) benefits and Annual Volume Rebate.
Dealers requesting alternate ship-to location(s) will be invoiced by CCA according to the option selected by the individual location. Therefore, a Dealer could have numerous accounts and have them on different options. It is up to participating Dealers to set their selling prices. There are no recommended or established retail prices

Option 4 is different than Plan C or Plan D. Likely a question for your DMA or your GM Oil Program distributor.
From what I know, Plan C and D are programs where you pay more for oil to cover oil equipment purchases.
