Any of you smaller dealers on this and how is it working out for you. Does GM pay in 14 days like it says or are you waiting waiting waiting calling calling calling to get payment from whomever. Sounds like another we give and GM gets deal. Could be good and I am missing something

I thought it was only for volume/wholesale dealers? Can small dealers be in the program as well?
