Help with WPC request with fuel containing parts

Noticed this message just now while logging in to Global Warranty:

U.S. Dealer: This is to inform of a change to the Central Transport Bill of Lading for hazardous and over 100 lbs. part returns to the Warranty Part Center (WPC). The new form contains the same information as the previous form but has been formatted to assist with properly providing the required information.”
