Got my warning letter today for no Weight unit on the BOL.

The warranty Nazis at the WPC are grasping for straws to make those debits.

Would somebody be willing to share a copy of a completed central transport bill of lading? I got a debit letter yesterday and like to see an example of one to try and figure out where I went wrong. Thanks

We got the same letter except we did put the weight on the bol but we did not put lbs behind it! Now we have an engine to return and I am afraid if we don't do it perfectly we will get a chargeback.

That is the same "error" on my BOL.

If it's that big of an issue let the DOT fine the dealership.

It has zero bearing on GM's financial responsibility for the warranty repair.

JUST RECEIVED A LETTER FROM WPC. WARNING ME ABOUT SENDING PARTS OUT INCORRECTLY.
IT IS A FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR. ME AND THE SHIPPING PERSON WERE JOKING ABOUT THIS AND WERE GOING TO SHIP IT HAZMAT. FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN COMES IN CONTACT WITH OIL OR FUEL AND THEN TOUCHES THE PART WE WILL BE SENDING IT HAZMAT. I HOPE GM KNOWS THINKING THEY ARE GOING TO SAVE MONEY DEBITING US IS JUST GOING TO COST THEM A TON OF MONEY SHIPPING HAZMAT.
