Question are any of you seeing different numbers between PASE and Service Smarts Online figures. For instance as far as PASE goes our service dept didn't make their numbers for 1st Service visit, but it shows that they did make it on SSO anyone out there seeing something similar. Thanks in advance.

As hard as I try I find many confusing things. A while back our dma was trying to show me something about the pase program and about middle ways thru she got completely lost. I hadn't even asked her a question yet. As with so many things going on I get confused and just go with the #'s and let the service part go. It's like our wpc and the hazmet problems and all the new programs coming out and then the old programs being fixed so they work right.
